Jeff most recently joins us from a VC backed startup in our space called Tenfold. Tenfold was an integration platform for contact center technologies that primarily integrated voice platforms with CRMs to deliver the most relevant data to a contact center agent dynamically and in real-time during an interaction with a customer. Jeff was able to drive significant growth at Tenfold and create a product that was highly desired by many customers and competitors in our space. Last October, LivePerson acquired Tenfold and now after a successful transition, Jeff is ready to join our mission. Prior to Tenfold Jeff spent 10 years at Rackspace where he held many different positions from building Rackspace's first Enterprise sales team to running International while living in Europe to interim CEO and President.

Christie joined Alvaria in February of 2022. As General Counsel, Christie has many years of leadership and in-house legal experience in software, SaaS and other industries. Christie has helped public and private companies in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, contracts, licensing, SaaS, privacy, HR, risk management, compliance, negotiations and as a strategic legal and business advisor.

Frank is a senior operating business executive with a proven track record of optimizing strategy, organizations, and go-to-market models to enable successful turnarounds. He has extensive experience in identifying, creating, and managing new market opportunities with disruptive technologies and movement to SaaS delivery models with a history of creating significant growth across channel and direct sales. Frank holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College and a Master of Business Administration from Hofstra University. He and his wife Rosanna live in Westchester County, New York and have three boys. In Frank’s spare time, he loves to ski and boat!

Mike has spent the last decade in financial leadership roles at both venture capital-backed and public SaaS companies. Most recently, Mike held multiples roles from M&A integration to supporting the finance organization at LivePerson, a half-billion run-rate company focused on digital engagement and conversational AI for the world’s largest enterprise companies. Prior to that, Mike was CFO of Tenfold, an integration platform for contact center technologies, where he played a pivotal role in reaccelerating growth, securing favorable financing and setting the company up for a successful acquisition in 2021. Additionally, Mike brings experience working in risk management for the banking industry focused on capital adequacy. Mike believes deeply in ensuring finance is a partner to the organization in achieving its objectives and enjoys working with leaders across the company to come up with creative solutions to align business objectives with financial targets.
