A Message from Education Services

Alvaria Education Services is fully committed to providing our customers and partners with quality training that will not only deepen your knowledge, but also increase productivity. We continue to change the way we bring training to our customers and partners, giving you more options to learn on your terms. Within the next quarter you can expect to see a roll-out of our new Hands-On Lab offering, available to our premium subscription holders. This offering gives you the opportunity to put into practice what you have learned in the classroom by scheduling an 8-hour window that fits into your schedule.

We’d like to congratulate everyone who has passed one of our certification exams. We applaud your efforts! We will continue to release new certification exams and classes weekly. We’re proactively modifying and updating our curriculum to cater to your training needs and set you up to surpass your goals.

Instructor Spotlight: Elmer Perdue

Between his time at Noble Systems and Alvaria, Elmer has nearly 28 years of contact center experience. Elmer started his career as an agent and contact center manager and then transitioned into Support, Implementation and Training. His career path has allowed him to travel extensively and live abroad; spending months at a time in destinations he had previously only dreamed of visiting. Along the way, he has gotten to know many clients as well as their families and friends and learn about their culture; while having fun as he gets the job done. Elmer loves helping his co-workers and clients, and his main goals are to help others succeed and to share his knowledge regarding our products and processes.

Elmer lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife Leisa and their three cats. Outside the office, Elmer enjoys walking in his local park, attending live music and shows, dining out and volunteering at various charities with his wife. He is a fan of science fiction and comics. As a lover of music, Elmer occasionally writes songs and poems to entertain his cats.
