Historical Customer Experience Report – UI URL Change
Alvaria is removing the “Customer Experience Reports” project link. Going forward the customer experience reports will be accessible through the “Customer Experience Reports V2” project link.

Action required: Any custom reports that were created in the “Customer Experience Reports” project link will need to be recreated under the “Customer Experience Reports V2” project link.

RealTime Dashboard – Work Type Activity Summary
The following changes were made to the RealTime Dashboard – Work Type Activity Summary:

  • “Avg Handled” metric renamed to “Avg Handled Duration” in the Daily Metric section under Work Type Activity Detail tab
    • Avg Handled Duration is the average number of interactions handled by the work type

AUTOMATED AGENT

CX Commander Service Info – Business User Interface (BUI) Configuration Name
The Service Info box in CX Commander now includes the BUI Configuration Name that is active on a deployed CXP service.

This enhancement makes it easier for users to recognize which BUI configuration is being used for a service so that they can easily make changes or review the BUI configuration for that service.

CX Commander Service Info – CX Server Time Zone
The Service Info box in CX Commander now includes the CX Server time zone.

This enhancement makes it easier to interpret timestamps shown in CX commander and log files.

Object Browser/Dialog Designer – Cog Button for Parent Object Search
Cog button accessible in the Object Browser or Dialog Designer to easily search for parent objects.

This enhancement makes it easier for users to navigate through their application flow and see how objects are related to one another.

Cog Button – Upcoming Features Link
The cog button in the top right corner of the interface now includes a link selection for Upcoming Features.

This link brings users to the Upcoming Features webpage on Alvaria.com. Here users can learn more about upcoming features including details, business values and use cases.

New Alvaria UX Design
All CXP User Interfaces (CX Designer, CX Commander, and CX Business User Interface) have been adjusted to utilize the new Alvaria UX Design.
