Alvaria Cloud - Platform

Spanish Language Localization
Agents and other users are now able to utilize Spanish language browser settings, which means that users will be able to see elements of Alvaria Cloud in Spanish.

For example, if Spanish browser settings are enabled, most elements of CX Designer, CX Commander and CX Business User Interface (BUI) will be shown in Spanish.

My Account

Employee ID Field Access – Account Owners or System Admin (255 Characters)
For Alvaria Cloud Workforce customers, access to the employee ID field is now limited to Account Owner or System Administrator. The employee ID field now also supports up to 255 characters.

Only users who are designated as an Account Owner or System Admin will have the ability to edit and view the employee ID field.

User Interface (UI) Enhancement – Password Expiration Message
When users attempt to login with an expired password, they will now see a message that instructs the user to contact their administrator. This is a user interface improvement.

CX Business User Interface (BUI) – Export/Import of Configurations Supported
Configuration values within CX BUI can now be imported and exported to/from services. This makes it easier to duplicate CX BUI configuration values between services, even if the services are on a different server or environment.

For example, if there are two services: Inbound Calls Service A and Inbound Calls Service B, the CX BUI configurations from Service A can be exported to a file and that file can be imported into Service B. After the export/import, the CX BUI configuration values from Service A would also be set for Service B – assuming that the same BUI enabled objects are present in both services. Examples of CX BUI configurations could be the welcome message to play, hold music to play, hold time and more. After the import, a user can manually edit the CX BUI configurations for Service B, if desired.

This new feature makes the configuration process easier for users. If users would like to copy configurations from one service to another (or from one system to another), they don’t have to manually configure all the CX BUI values.

Alvaria Cloud Self-Service – Additional Languages Supported (Indian)
Alvaria Cloud Self-Service now supports the ability to create applications in 4 new languages:

  • Kannada (kn-IN)
  • Marathi (mr-IN)
  • Tamil (ta-IN)
  • Teluga (te-IN)
