Alvaria Cloud Advanced Outreach

Additional List Template Parameter for Dial Sequence Precedence
All Advanced Outreach customers can utilize an additional parameter which enables managers to use the List Template Dial Sequence value even if the record’s @DIALSEQ reserved field is populated. Managers can select Record and ListParameter as valid options. This enables a new level of flexibility and better campaign tracking considering that previously, if @DIALSEQ was populated on a record, it would override the List Template Dial Sequence value automatically.

Configurable Email Start/Stop Times by Time Zone, Postal Code and When to Call Parameters
Alvaria Advanced Outreach customers can now restrict email attempts based on configured email time zone settings with the same template precedence as voice or SMS. Managers can set list, postal and time zone parameters, enabling them to provide the same great proactive customer connections across channels.

Disposition Plan Enhancements for SMS and Email
When creating schema definitions, Advanced Outreach customers can find that email type is an available as an option used for reserved Email fields. In turn, this means Disposition Plans now support SMS and email type, assignment and recall rules. This means more effective proactive outreach, including increased chance for right party connects, with additional email types that can be added to contact records.

Full Record Combination for Geocodes
All Compliance Hub customers can evaluate multiple geocodes for the same record, enabling the most restrictive geo-based contact attempts to be applied. Through this filter of the most restrictive dialing times for geocodes, Compliance Hub customers can be sure they are contacting their customers only within the most compliant and ideal times.
